Services under this project are provided by both Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida.(CCLA).

<strong><span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>Eligibility:</span></strong>
<ul>
<li>Broward County resident</li>
<li>Household income 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL)</li>
<li>Documentation of HIV status</li>
</ul>
Certified referrals from other Ryan White agencies and case managers are recommended. Contact the Broward County Ryan White Part A Program Office at 954-566-1417 for more information and to become eligible for all County services, including legal services.
Intake:
<ul>
<li>Because of the eligibility documentation required, immediate appointments upon walk-in are not generally available.</li>
<li>Potential clients may walk-in and complete an application for services from 8:30am – 5pm and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled or call Legal Aid’s office at 954-736-2490 to schedule an appointment.</li>
<li>In extraordinary circumstances, home or hospital visits can be arranged.</li>
